- All guest rooms are non-smoking.  Guest room buildings offer outdoor patios.

For individuals, Stathmere requests 72 hours notice for cancellation.  If cancelling less than 72 hours prior to arrival, the full amount of your room will be charged.

Group reservations (3 or more rooms) are subject to a 50% cancellation fee from the time of booking until 7 days prior to arrival, after which the cancellation fee becomes 100%.  The Group Cancellation Fee also applies to those booking the Schoolhouse.
